Material/Tools: Fabric, scissors, mini-iron, fabric glue, and hem tape

First, measure your dog’s neck with a tape rule. To get the exact measurement for the bandana, subtract ¼ from the entire length of the neck circumference. For example, if the total length is 20 inches, subtracting ¼ will equal 15 inches.
